Our 24-Hour Quality Guarantee

We hand-pick every Markatoo order on the day it ships. If anything arrives less than fresh, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will:

  • Replace the affected item on your next delivery, OR
  • Refund the cost of the affected item to your original payment method

How to Request a Refund

Call (519) 500-8561 or email hello@markatoofreshproduce.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item (if visibly damaged)
  • A short description of the issue

What We Cannot Refund

Because we sell fresh, perishable food, we cannot accept physical returns. Refunds are issued based on photo evidence and customer reports β€” we trust our customers and aim to resolve every concern fairly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before noon on the day of delivery. After packing begins, cancellation is at our discretion. See our Terms & Conditions.
