About These Terms

By placing an order with Markatoo Fresh Produce (“we”, “us”, “Markatoo”), you agree to these terms. We’re a Kitchener-based produce grocer serving Southern Ontario.

Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. Because produce is seasonal and harvested fresh, occasional substitutions may be necessary — we will always substitute with an item of equal or greater value or contact you for approval.

Pricing

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Most fresh produce in Ontario is zero-rated for HST/GST; any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout. Prices may change without notice but never after you’ve placed an order.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout via our payment provider. We accept major credit cards. Payment must be completed before your order is packed.

Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel or modify an order before noon on the day of delivery by calling (519) 500-8561. After packing has begun, cancellations are at our discretion.

Quality Guarantee

If any item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products you ordered. Markatoo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
